• Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, and physical shipping address (for campaign product delivery).
• Social Media Data: Public social media handles (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), follower counts, and engagement metrics.
• Performance Metrics: Data regarding your participation in campaigns, content views, likes, and shares related to brand collaborations.
• Account Credentials: Passwords (encrypted) and authentication tokens from third-party login providers (e.g., Apple, Google).
• Payment Information: Handled securely by third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, Apple In-App Purchases). We do not store raw credit card numbers.

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve our platform, including to:

• Match you with relevant brand campaigns and opportunities based on your niche and audience size.
• Facilitate the shipping of physical products from brands for content creation purposes.
• Process payments and manage your membership subscription tier.
• Provide customer support and communicate important platform updates.
• Monitor and enforce our Community Guidelines and ensure platform safety, including moderation of user-generated content (images, chats).
• Automated Data Collection & AI: Our 'Live Social Trends' feature utilizes automated AI agents to scan the public web and social media platforms to aggregate trending hashtags, visual content, and deep-dive analytics for platform users.

To provide analytics, content publishing, and collaboration features, Saibella Marketing integrates with third-party social media platforms. When you connect your Instagram or TikTok account, authorization is handled securely through each platform's official OAuth flow, and we request only the specific permissions (scopes) needed:

• Instagram (Meta): We request the instagram_business_basic, instagram_business_content_publish, and instagram_business_manage_comments scopes. These allow us to read your profile info, fetch post analytics, publish content on your behalf (only when initiated by you), and manage comments to help you track engagement metrics.
• TikTok: We request the user.info.basic, user.info.profile, user.info.stats, and video.list scopes. These permissions enable us to retrieve your profile information, video statistics, and follower counts to display your performance within your dashboard.

We use this data solely to display analytics, sync profile metrics, and support campaign collaboration features within your Saibella Marketing dashboard. We do not alter your profile information or post content without your explicit action. Saibella Marketing never sees or stores your social media password — access is granted through secure authorization tokens only. You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting within Saibella Marketing or through the respective platform's app-permissions settings, after which we cease requesting new data. Your continued use of Instagram, TikTok, and any other third-party platform remains subject to that platform's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Any content you upload to our platform, including messages, images, and links within Chatrooms or Community areas, is subject to automated and manual moderation. We actively monitor this content to prevent harassment, hate speech, and the distribution of inappropriate imagery. By uploading content, you grant Saibella Marketing the explicit right to monitor, review, and remove any content that violates our standards.

Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers using industry-standard security protocols. We implement strict access controls so that only authorized personnel can view sensitive information. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• With Brands: When you apply for or are accepted into a campaign, we share your social handles, metrics, and shipping address with that specific brand to facilitate the collaboration.
• Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services for hosting, analytics, and payment processing (e.g., Stripe, Apple). These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Compliance: If required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety and rights of our users or the public.

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time. You can manage your profile data within the app settings.

• Account Deletion: If you choose to delete your account via the settings menu or by contacting support, all of your associated personal data, including your profile, messages, and campaign history, will be permanently deleted from our servers. This action is irreversible and the data cannot be recovered.
• Inactive Account Policy: For your protection, we automatically permanently delete any user profile and all associated data if the account has had no activity (no logins or actions) for more than 300 days.
• Data Retention: We only retain your data for as long as your account is active, or as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
